What a beautiful place to visit. the lodge was bigger than we anticipated and spec of it was without fault. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and parking was directly outside. The site was very tidy, brilliantly quiet (apart from the birds in the morning), and the staff were all lovely. They were especially helpful with directions for the best way to get into town via the park and ride. The location was also very convenient for access to amenities outside of the park. Overall it was a great stay and we have already recommended it to friends and family.

Very central for exploring Bath and surrounding areas. Well kept small site. Peaceful. Would stop again. Handy for Park and Ride. Disabled adult in our party and apart from 4 steps into lodge everything was accessible for our needs. Bathroom spacious and master en suite shower room. Plenty of space in living area and kitchen was well equipped. Staff were really helpful, friendly and approachable.

Visited today for a funeral tea which we ordered. All went very well. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The food and drinks were of a high standard. Plenty of parking. Recommend.

What a lovely little lodge! Went away for 3 days between Christmas and new year. The site is lovely and clean set in a forest. Absolutely idyllic. The lodge itself had everything you needed. My only criticism is it had a funny smell about it, a little nauseating and the water never got hot enough to run a proper bath (which I loved the idea of the lodge having a bath so was a little disappointing). We ate on the first night in the bistro but the menu was curry only so had only 4 options of curry to choose from. There is a bus stop not far from the site which runs often and takes you straight into the centre of Bath which is much better than having to drive. All in all it was a great little get away, just a shame about the smell.
